J. Ignacio López de Carrizosa Domecq, is a qualified lawyer and professional in Public Relations.
Early in his career, he spent 3 years working in Marketing and Sales for the Dutch multinacional, Philips. He later transfered to the Sherry wine industry in Jerez, working first for the Regulatory Comission for the "Jerez-Xérez-Sherry" Denomination of Origin.
He then joined John Harvey, the sherry producing company now part of the multinational Allied Domecq Group, where he held the position of Public Relations Director for more than 20 years.
He speaks both English and French; his formal training includes numerous courses in Management, comunication and External Relations (ie. sales and marketing). In the course of his work, he has traveled extensively in Europe, the USA and Canada, and Latin America.
His Wide experience in the Field of Public Relations has involved responsibility for the succesfull organization of many varied events.


Javier Domecq, aged 53 years, is a graduate in Economies and a profesional in Public Relations with more than 15 years especialist experience.
After working in various positions in companies in Spain and in the U.K., he joined the Export Sales Departament of Pedro Domecq S.A. in 1974. His experience in this field involved travel to all the countries of Europe, to North America and to parts of the Far East, on customer sales visits and participating in trade exibitions.
Since 1982, he has held the position of Director of External Relations, with responsibility for dealigs with overseas distributors and customers, and for representing the Company at a Variety of events in many countries.
In this position, he has demonstrated his impressive capability in the planning and management of a variety of Public Relations Activities and will continue playing an important role as a partner in Red Carpet Public Relations
